Prior to becoming Principal, Mrs. Casavant served as Director of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support in Gardner, Massachusetts, where she held an executive leadership role supporting principals and administrators across four schools serving approximately 2,500 students from PreK–12. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), she also brought extensive experience supporting diverse student needs and ensuring that all students are known, supported, and challenged.

Beyond her professional experience, the roles closest to Mrs. Casavant’s heart are wife, mother, and follower of Christ. Her husband Marcus is a Carpenter and she is the proud mother of four children. Her oldest daughter recently graduated from Northeastern University and will begin a PhD program in Chemistry this fall, while her oldest son attends Roger Williams University and is a dedicated student athlete. Her two youngest sons will attend Saint Joseph Regional School this fall and have attended schools rooted in the Catholic tradition for the past six years.

Mrs. Casavant’s journey to the Catholic faith began through her children and ultimately transformed the life of her entire family. This past Easter, she entered into full communion with the Catholic Church at the Easter Vigil following a deeply meaningful faith journey that strengthened her relationship with Jesus Christ and the Catholic community. Catholic education transformed Mrs. Casavant’s family, and her hope is to help create that same opportunity for others. She believes every child should experience academic excellence and authentic faith formation so that each student feels known, seen, and loved by Jesus Christ while growing in knowledge, virtue, and faith.
